More than 4 steps quality controll procedure before loading the goods
1. Raw materials :
Raw materials manufacturers make the quality checking first, then to delivery the goods together with the qualification certificates. Upon raw material arriving to our warehouse, warehouse keeper make a spot check of goods, confirm up-to-standard, then receipt of the goods.
2. During production:
With the high advanced production machine, strictly flow the production regulation from 1st procedure to final procedure.
3. After finish production & before packing:
After finish production the products, the QC make a spot checking of the goods first, then the packing deparment workers check again before packing
4. Packing details:
1 pcs or several pcs packed in non-woven bag, then several pcs in cartons
