8. About quality controll
More than 4 steps quality controll procedure before loading the goods
1. Raw materials :
Raw materials manufacturers make the quality checking first, then to delivery the goods together with the qualification certificates. Upon raw material arriving to our warehouse, warehouse keeper make a spot check of goods, confirm up-to-standard, then receipt of the goods.
2. During production:
With the high advanced production machine, strictly flow the production regulation from 1st procedure to final procedure.
3. After finish production & before packing:
After finish production the products, the QC make a spot checking of the goods first, then the packing deparment workers check again before packing
4. Packing details:
First all the goods wraped with the plastic film, then 1 pcs put into the carton, then cartons loading into the container.

Some style, need to charges for sample fee.
Sample shipping charges are on client account.
Upon your placing of bulk order, then we will send you back all the charges.
Different style, different MOQ. Some style is 100 pcs, some style is 200 pcs.
If for a trial order, 1 pcs is ok to accept.
